Mumplanner is a Belgian brand specialized in creating personalized planners with a specific layout. Taking the stress off moms and bringing peace of mind is what Mumplanner stands for; that is their mission!

Who is Mumplanner?

Marijke and Steven are the faces behind Mumplanner. Mumplanner was born in 2017 after Marijke’s years-long search for the perfect planner. They create fully personalized planners that can be customized as desired. Think of the start month, the type of refill, and the names included in the planner. These tailored planners help moms feel “unburdened” and contribute to mental peace. Despite the busy life, they create some space for me time.

Mumplanner consciously chooses honest production and social economy by collaborating with Bewel, a sheltered workshop in Limburg. Bewel handles all physical tasks for Mumplanner such as assembling covers, compiling and mounting the planners, as well as order picking and shipping packages.

Mumplanner’s planners are sold through a webshop that occasionally experiences high visitor peaks. Level27 naturally plays an important role in this. Below, co-founder Steven shares his thoughts!

Why did you choose Level27?

A few times a year, we launch a new collection, which results in significant peak moments on our website. To handle these peaks, we were previously forced to take the most expensive hosting package from our former provider. However, we only needed the capacity of that package for a few days each year, yet we paid a high fee all year round. At the same time, the website barely held up during the peak moments. This caused a lot of frustration for both us and our customers.

At Level27, attention was given to a detailed and comprehensive offer, and thanks to the scalability of the hosting package, there was naturally a cost advantage. Additionally, the transparency during the offer discussions provided a lot of clarity and trust.

Additionally, our customers were very satisfied with the smooth ordering process. We even received emails from customers complimenting the ‘technical progress of the website.’
